Chinese barbecued pork, or char siu (char siew), is one of the favorite local delicacies in Hong Kong. Do I miss it? Yes. Will I eat it again? Not if it’s vegan.

So here it is. This is my vegan version, grilled with my home oven. Wickedly delicious.
